A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before the
workbench.

Start with your hardware.
Ask about the work you have in mind.

What should I include in an estimate request?

The exact model, symptoms or desired upgrade, previous work and any parts you already have.

How much will it cost?

Services & Pricing shows service options and prices. Final price, parts and scope are confirmed for your hardware before work is agreed. Arcade work is quote-based.

Can I supply my own parts?

Mention the parts or kit in your estimate request so suitability and installation scope can be discussed. Parts acceptance and sourcing need confirmation.

Can I drop in?

Contact first to arrange an appointment and discuss drop-off.

Can arcade work happen off-site?

Most arcade work is completed at our workshop by appointment. On-site work may be available depending on the machine, location and scope. Contact us to discuss.

What about turnaround, fees or warranty?

Ask us about timing, any assessment fees and warranty terms for your specific job before agreeing to work.
